| 摘 要： | 生物节律是生命体的基本现象之一。在人类最为常见且研究最多的是昼夜节律。该文通过生物节律改变。影响昼夜节律变化的内源性因素，高血压对机体靶器官的损害以及高血压的时间治疗学来阐述生物节律与高血压的相关研究。

| Abstract: | Biological rhythm is a univesal phenomenon in living organisms.Circadian rhythm is one of the rhythms that have been considerably studies.We review the relationship between hypertension and circadian rhythm by the following factors：biological rhythm,the circadian rhythm of hypertension,the damage of hypertensive target organ and the rhythm therapy in hypertension. |
