| 摘 要： | 内镜下食管曲张静脉结扎是一种安全有效的新方法。探讨36例不同病因所的食管静脉曲张患进行结扎治疗的护理经验，包括术前器械准备，术中密切配合，术后饮食指导等。36例病人经过结扎治疗及护理后，总有效率达100％，无严重并发症。

| Abstract: | Esophageal varix ligation under endoscope(EVL)is a safe and effective treatment for esophageal varices.Through nursing36patients with esophageal varix ligation under endoscope,the authors in the paper concludes that preoperative preparation,close cooperation at operation and postoperative diet instructions are very important.In their study,the total effectiveness reached100%after treating and nursing the36patients,with no complication. |
