早期积极采用综合康复疗法治疗急性脑卒中的临床观察

目的研究综合康复疗法早期积极治疗急性脑卒中患者对其运动功能及生活能力的影响。方法选取120例颈内动脉系统急性脑卒中患者随机分为观察组60例和对照组60例,观察组采用常规康复训练基础上早期加用功能性电刺激、生物反馈疗法、运动再学习方案、穿戴下肢矫形器及减重步行平板车训练、强制性运动疗法使用等综合疗法积极治疗;对照组则采用常规训练程序治疗。结果康复训练后,两组在运动功能及日常生活能力有明显改善,但观察组改善程度明显优于对照组。结论早期积极采用综合康复疗法治疗急性脑卒中临床疗效确切。

Effects of early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on acute stroke patients

Objective To explore the effect of synthetic rehabilitation therapy on the activity function and daily living ability of acute stroke patients.Methods 120 cases of acute stroke patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each for 60 eases.Conventional treatments were adopted in control group and electric stimulatien,biofeedback therapy,motion and re-learning,lower limb orthosis-wearing,flat machine-walking to reduce weight,forced kinesiatrics and so on were adopted in the observation group on the basis of conventional treatments.Results The activity function and ability of daily living have been improved in both groups after rehabilitation exercise,but the effect was much better in observation group than control one.Conclusion Definite clinical effect has been corroborated by early adopting comprehensive rehabilitation treatment to acute stroke patients.
