丹栀逍遥散合升降散对中风后抑郁症疗效观察

目的观察丹栀逍遥散合升降散对中风后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法 91例患者按数字表法随机分为两组。观察组(46例)与对照组(45例)均接受神经内科常规治疗,观察组用丹栀逍遥散合升降散,对照组单用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片;于治疗前和治疗后4、6、8周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定患者的认知功能状况。结果两组患者HAMD评分治疗后均较治疗前显著下降(P0.05);治疗8周时,观察组HAMD评分比对照组下降更显著,差异有统计学意义(PO.05)。结论丹栀逍遥散合升降散对中风后抑郁症有良好的治疗作用,能明显提高患者的生活质量,且安全性好。

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder Combined with Shengjiang Powder in Treating Depression after Apoplexy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with Shengjiang powder in treating depression after apoplexy.Methods 91 cases of patients were divided into two groups by the method of digital table.The observation group (46 cases) and the control group (45 cases) group underwent conventional treatment of neurology, the observation group was also given Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with Shengjiang powder, and the control group was treated with flupentixol melitracen tablets.We used Hamilton depression Rating scale (HAMD) to evaluate the cognitive function of the patient's before treatment and after treatment 4, 6 and 8 weeks.Results HAMD scores of the two groups significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment, the HAMD scores of the observation group decreased more significantly than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with Shengjiang powder has a good therapeutic effect for depression after apoplexy, can significantly improve the life of quality of patients, and has good security.
