中西医结合治疗先兆流产和习惯性流产43例

目的探究中西医结合治疗先兆流产和习惯性流产43例治疗效果。方法选取2014年7月—2015年7月沁县人民医院先兆流产和习惯性流产86例,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用固胎汤治疗。观察对比两组临床疗效、内分泌指标(人绒毛膜促性腺激素(h CG)、孕酮(P))水平变化情况。结果观察组总有效率为93.02%(40/43),高于对照组的74.42%(32/43),差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组h CG及孕酮水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗先兆流产与习惯性流产效果显著,可有效改善内分泌水平,起到补肾养血、固胎安胎作用。

Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Threatened Abortion and Habitual Abortion for 43 Cases

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating threatened abortion and habitual abortion for 43 cases.Methods 86 cases of patients with threatened abortion and habitual abortion from July 2014 to July 2015 in Qin county people's hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated by routine Western medicine.On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with Gutai decoction.The clinical curative effect and the level of endocrine index (human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) and progesterone (P)) changes of two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02% (40/43) which was higher than 74.42% (32/43) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of hCG and progesterone in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of threatened abortion and habitual abortion effect is remarkable, which can effectively improve the level of endocrine, and has the role of kidney nourishing blood and preventing miscarriage.
