| 摘 要： | 目的分析研究强直性脊柱炎患者采用美洛昔康联合中药熏蒸治疗的临床疗效。方法收录60例强直性脊柱炎患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的差异均分治疗组和对照组,治疗组治疗一个疗程后和对照组比较疗效差异。结果治疗组在关节压痛、晨僵时间、血沉(ESP)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、整体有效率等观察指标上与对照组有显著差异性(均P0.05)。结论中药熏蒸联合西药常规治疗对强直性脊柱炎,具有良好的有效性和安全性。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze and study of clinical curative effect of fumigation and meloxicam in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods 60 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into treatment group and control group.After a course of treatment, the curative effect between the treatment group and control group was compared.Result The treatment group and the control group had significantly curative rate in joint tenderness, morning stiffness time, blood sedimentation (ESP), C-reactive protein (CRP) and the overall effect observation indexes (P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined conventional Western medicine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis has good effect and safety. |
