孙朝宗教授辨治胃脘痛的临床经验

目的总结孙朝宗教授辨证治疗胃脘痛的学术思想和临床经验。方法分别从病因病机、治疗原则、临床思辨与治疗方法等方面论述孙教授治疗胃脘痛的学术思想和临床经验。结果胃脘痛多由外邪侵袭、饮食不节、七情内伤、劳倦久病等原因引起,发病机制多为气机不畅、胃失通降,其治以通降为法,故孙教授擅用通降之法治疗胃脘痛。结论孙教授运用通降法治疗胃脘痛疗效显著,有很好的临床实用价值。

Clinical Experience of Professor Sun Zhaozong in Treating Epigastric Pain Based on Syndrome Differentiation

Objective To summarize the academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor Sun Zhaozong in the treatment of epigastric pain.Method The academic thought and clinical experience were discussed from the pathogenesis, treatment principles, clinical thinking and treatment and other aspects of Professor Sun in the treatment of epigastric pain.Results The epigastric pain was caused by the evil of epigastric pain, improper diet, emotional injuries with chronic illness, and the pathogenesis is blocking qi movement and failure of stomach qi to descend.The treatment method is descending.Professor Sun Zhaozong used descending method in the treatment of epigastric pai.Conclusion Professor Sun Tongjiang in the treatment of epigastric pain with descending method has significant effect and good clinical application value.
