十全大补汤加减治疗心肌梗死后心力衰竭疗效观察

目的观察十全大补汤加减治疗心肌梗死后心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年3月—2015年3月收治的80例心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者作为观察对象,随机分为对照组与治疗组。对照组实施常规治疗,治疗组则在对照组的基础上辅以十全大补汤加减治疗。对比并分析两组患者的心功能改善情况,记录两组患者的临床有效率。结果治疗组患者的总有效率高达97.50%,明显高于对照组患者的82.50%(P0.05);治疗后,两组患者的心功能各项指标改善程度均明显优于治疗前,且治疗组患者的心功能各项指标改善程度明显优于同时期的对照组患者(P0.05)。结论对心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者采取常规护理的同时联合十全大补汤加减治疗,能够明显改善心功能,提高生活质量,且无任何不良反应,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Observation on the Curative Effect of Modified Shiquan Dabu Decoction in the Treatment of Heart Failure after Myocardial Infarction

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Shiquan Dabu decoction in the treatment of heart failure after myocardial infarction.Methods 80 cases of heart failure patients from March 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group received routine treatment, and the treatment group received modified Shiquan Dabu decoction on the basis of the control group.The cardiac function improvement was analyzed and compared, and the clinical effect was recorded.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was as high as 97.50%, which was significantly higher than 82.50% of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, heart function indexes of the two groups of patients significantly improved.The heart function indexes improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group at the same time (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction, modified Shiquan Dabu decoction can improve cardiac function and the quality of life, has no any adverse reactions, and has high clinical value for promotion.
