摘    要:目的:提高基层卫生技术服务人员对子宫颈病变筛查重要性的认识,了解宫颈细胞学检查技术,并规范对慢性宫颈炎症的治疗。方法:采用远程和现场强化方式对来自43个乡(镇)医疗服务机构的59名技术服务人员进行宫颈病变筛查和慢性炎症治疗技术培训,分析培训前、后考试结果。结果:与培训前相比,培训后技术服务人员的考试成绩明显提高(P<0.001),对考卷错误的分析显示技术服务人员对与该技术相关的基本理论、基本知识与基本技能知识的掌握有明显缺陷。结论:乡(镇)卫生技术服务人员的"三基"训练和执行医疗规范的意识亟待加强和提高,应重视并完善农村卫生适宜技术推广应用过程中的工作条件和配套政策。

Survey on training effectiveness of cervical lesions screening and chronic cervicitis treatment in township health centers of Sichuan Province

Abstract:Objective:To improve grassroots health providers' awareness of the importance of screening for cervical lesions,and understand the cervical cytology,normalize treatment protocol of chronic cervicitis as well.Methods:The on-line and intensive on-site training on cervical lesions screening and chronic cervicitis treatment were provided to 59 health providers from 43 township health institutions.The test papers were analyzed.Results:The score of the test papers after training was significantly higher(P 0.001).The errors analysis indicated a poor basic knowledge in both theory and skills.Conclusion:The basic knowledge and skills as well as awareness of implementing normalization in clinical practice among the health providers in township health centers needs to be improved urgently.The working conditions and supporting policies should be emphasized and perfected in popularizing the appropriate technology on health care in rural Sichuan.
