摘    要:肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)大量存在于肿瘤微环境中,其引发并造成组织一直处于持续慢性炎性反应状态,最终导致肿瘤的发展,并诱导肿瘤组织形成一种无抑制机制的环境。此前针对炎性因子及其产物的治疗在临床前肿瘤模型中取得了成功,进而针对TAMs的治疗进行研究,使部分患者在无明显不良反应的情况下获得一定疗效。文章从抑制肿瘤所致炎性反应的角度出发,对其相关研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs) exist in a large amount in the tumor microenvironment,which triggers and causes the tissue to be in a state of continuous chronic inflammatory response,eventually leading to the development of tumors,and inducing tumor tissues to form an environment without inhibition mechanisms.Previous treatments for inflammatory factors and their products have been successful in preclinical tumor models,and further research on the treatment of TAMs has enabled some patients to show a certain effect without significant adverse reactions.From the perspective of suppressing the inflammatory response caused by tumors,to maximize the effect of tumor treatment and lay the foundation for subsequent clinical treatment.
