| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the postoperative analgesic effectiveness in elderly patients with pancreatic cancer,and to improve the analgesic effect and reduce postoperative complications.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on the analgesic effectiveness in 41 elderly patients with pancreatic cancer surgery from 2015 to 2018.The postoperative pain assessment frequency and analgesic effect were continuously observed and analyzed.A numerical scoring system was used to quantitate the analgesic effect.Results:Pain assessment was performed from postoperative day 1 to 14,average 7.3 times per day.Median pain score was 0~4.5,with the highest score on the postoperative day 6.The highest daily pain score was 8~10.Insufficient postoperative analgesia was most commonly observed on postoperative day 1,2,4 and 5,the worst on the postoperative day 1.Conclusion:The postoperative analgesic effect of in elderly patients with pancreatic tumor should be improved. |
