| 摘 要： | 铝是一种对人体健康有害的元素,可在人体内蓄积并产生慢性毒性。阿尔茨海默病是一种老年人多发的进行性神经退行性疾病,引起该病的因素有很多,其中,铝可以在脑组织中蓄积,引起中枢神经功能紊乱,从而导致阿尔茨海默病的发生。大量的临床、动物试验和病理及流行病学调查表明,铝可对神经细胞的形态和功能造成明显影响。本文主要侧重于从铝的神经毒性角度,来探讨一下铝对神经系统,尤其是对阿尔茨海默病发生机制的影响。

| Abstract: | Aluminum is a harmful element to human health, which can accumulate in the human body and produce chronic toxicity. And Alzheimer＇s disease （AD）is a progressively neurodegenerative disease which is multiple to the elderly, Alzheimer＇s disease is caused by many factors, among them, the aluminum can accumulate in the brain tissue, causing the central nervous system dysfunction, which led to the occurrence of Alzheimer＇s disease. Many clinical, pathological,animal and epidemiological investigation showed that the aluminum can cause a significant impact on form and function of nerve ceils. This article focuses mainly on the aspect of neurotoxicity of aluminum to explore the influence of alumi- num on the nervous system,in particular on the mechanism of the occurrence of AD. |
