脑干听觉诱发电位改良法检测急性脑卒中45例分析

目的　研究脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)改良法用于急性脑卒中临床检查的意义。方法　对急性脑卒中患者进行BAEP改良法检测与BAEP常规法检测结果比较 ,并与头颅CT检测对照。结果　BAEP改良法检测阳性率 (86.6% ) ,高于常规法 (5 7.8% )和CT检测 (5 5 .6% ) ,经统计学处理 ,χ2 分别为 3 .0 5 9,3 .2 5 6,P均 <0 .0 1。结论　BAEP改良法可作为急性脑卒中患者早期诊断以及预后判断和观察病情变化的客观指标之一。

BAEP modification in the detection of 45 patients with acute cerebral apoplexy

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) modification in the detection of patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods The results of detecting patients with acute cerebral apoplexy by modified BAEP were compared with those of detecting by traditional BAEP, and contrast to the results of scanning by CT. Results The positive detectable rate of modified BAEP was 86.6%, which was higher than that of traditional BAEP (57.8%) and CT scanning (55.6%), the values of χ 2 were 3.059 and 3.256, respectively, all the P values were <0.01. Conclusions The indexes of modified BAEP can be used to early diagnose, prognose, and monitor disease condition of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
