右半结肠癌老年患者术前清洁灌肠新方法

目的 改进清洁灌肠方法，提高右半结肠癌老年患者术前清洁灌肠的效果和效率，改善患者的主观感受，减少不良反应。方法 将100例右半结肠癌老年患者随机分为两组，每组50例，对照组采用传统灌肠方法，实验组采用改进方法，评价灌肠效果，灌肠过程中病人的不良反应（如腹痛、心悸、排便感强烈等）。结果 与对照组作比较，实验组肠道清洁度明显提高。结论 改进后的清洁灌肠方法效果较好，适用于右半结肠癌老年患者的术前肠道准备。

New method of clean enema for aged patients with right half colon cancer

Objective To investigate the methods of clean enema and enhancing the effect and efficiency of clean enema for aged patients with right half colon cancer before operation, and reforming personal sensation and reducing the bad reponses. Methods 100 cases of right half colon cancer were divided into two groups at random. Contrast group 50 cases with new method. Assessing the effect of enema, the bad responses such as bellache cardioplmus and the strong sensation of defectim etc in the course of enema. Results Cleaness of intestine of experimental group has been enhanced instinctly compare with contrast group. Conclusion The effect of clean enema by new method is better than old method. It adapt to aged pationts with right half colon cancer preparation of intestine before operation.
