摘    要:目的:利用空肠弯曲菌生长时对培养基中添加物质氧化还原电位的改变,建立空肠弯曲菌阻抗检测法。方法:利用电阻抗法检测食品中空肠弯曲菌方法,通过对空肠弯曲菌选择性增菌培养基布氏肉汤的改进,加入硫酸亚铁、丙酮酸、偏亚硫酸钠等还原剂降低培养基中氧化还原电势Eh,及多种抗生素,TMP为抗菌增效剂,多粘菌素B对革兰阴性菌有效,万古霉素对革兰阳性菌抗菌效果较强。检测时在培养基表面覆盖石蜡油以获得更好的微需氧条件,连续检测空肠弯曲菌代谢所引起培养基的电阻抗变化值,通过培养基电阻抗变化判定空肠弯曲菌的存在。结果:经与常规培养法进行比较,阻抗法可最低检出添加量为102/m l的阳性样品,检测结果与常规培养法一致性较高,对于阴性结果能在48 h内出具结果,大大提高了检测速度。结论:空肠弯曲菌阻抗检测法相比于传统的培养法,能够有效缩短检测时间,提高检测效率。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the Campylobacter jejuni bioimpedance detection based on the changes in oxidation-reduction potential upon adding materials in culture media during growth of Campylobacter jejuni.Methods:Based on detection of Campylobacter jejuni in food with electrical bioimpedance modification of Brucella Broth,the bacteria was constantly monitored.Results:As compared with the routine methods,the lowest limit for positive samples of this method was 102/ml and its results were highly consistent with those by rountine methods.As for negative results,it could be achieved within 48 h,greatly promoting the detecting speed.Conclusion:This method can shorten detection time and promote detecting efficacy.
