手术取栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成216例

目的 探讨手术取栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的方法及疗效。方法 对216例手术取栓的下肢DVT患者临床资料进行总结，其中201例1次取栓成功，另15例再次取栓并行髂静脉人造血管移植术。结果 一半以上病例于术后1～3d患肢肿胀消退，少数患者肿胀消退稍慢约需5～7d，仅个别患者需再次取栓及人造血管移植。全组病例得到随访者167例，占77．3％，远期疗效好。结论 手术取栓是治疗早期下肢深静脉血栓形成的有效方法，术中要正确判断取栓是否成功。对髂总静脉闭塞的处理要慎重。

Thrombectomy on patients with deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity: a report of 216 cases

To discuss the methods and therapeutic results of thrombectomy for the deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity in 216 patients. Summarizing the clinical data of 216 cases patients undertaken thrombectomy. Thrombectomy was undertaken in 201 patients for one time. Thrombectomy was undertaken again and iliac vein synthetic graft in 15 patients. About half patients recovered in 3 to 5 days after thrombectomy, a few recovered in 5 to 7 days, only few patients needea thrombectomy again and iliac vein synthetic graft. 167 cases were followed-up (77.3%), the long-term therapeutic results were excellent. [Conclusions] Surgical thrombectomy is effective treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis early. It is necessary to justify the result of thrombectomy and to manage the occlusion of iliac vein cautiously during the operation.
