| Abstract: | Isolated dissecting aneurysms of the peripheral arteries which are not accompanied by a dissecting aneurysm of the aorta are rarely observed. We report herein the unusual case of a 54-year-old man in whom an isolated common iliac aneurysm was found to be caused by isolated dissecting aneurysms of the left common iliac artery. |
