血液灌流对急性有机磷中毒治疗中阿托品反应低下的疗效观察

摘    要:目的 探讨治疗急性有机磷中毒时阿托品反应低下的对策.方法 分析重症有机磷中毒治疗过程中患者的临床资料,将其分为血液灌流治疗组和对照组.两组患者均常规给予洗胃,静脉注射阿托品、胆碱酯酶复能剂,吸氧,纠正酸中毒、控制脑水肿、纠正循环障碍等综合治疗.在此基础上,血液灌流治疗组应用血液灌流.结果 对照组出现阿托品化的时间与血液灌流组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).其中出现严重阿托品中毒5例,阿托品中毒死亡1例;血液灌流组无严重阿托品中毒病例出现,无死亡病例.结论 血液灌流对于急性有机磷中毒治疗中出现的阿托品反应低下有明显疗效.

Abstract:Objective To probe into the effect of hemperfusion(HP) to atropine inefficiency in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP).Methods analysis the clinic data of atropine inefficiency cases in severe AOPP treatment,divide them into two groups: HP group and comparison group.All are giving routine treatment of gastric lavage ,intravenous drop of atropine and cholinesterase reactive agent,redress atropine inefficiency by redress acid poisoning and hydrocephalus.On this basis,the HP group are giving HP treatment.Results The time quantum to redress atropine inefficiency is much longer in comparison group than in the HP group,and after the redressing,comparison group has five cases of atropine poisoning,one of them died of serious atropine poisoning; while HP group has none case of atropine poisoning and no died case.Conclusion Hemperfusion can effective cure the atropine inefficiency in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
