| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胰胆管水成像(MRCP)对梗阻性黄疸的诊断价值。方法 回顾分析47例经手术、病理证实的梗阻性黄疸患者的影像表现。并与B超、CT、PTC相比较。结果 MRCP能清晰显示胰胆管的梗阻部位,对梗阻性黄疸的定位诊断率100％,定性诊断率93.6%。结论 MRCP是阻性黄疸的首选和最佳检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate mangnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography( MRCP) ,in the diagnosis of biliary obstructions. Methods The findings of MRCP images Forty - seven patients with pancteaticobiliaiy duct diseases poved by operation and pathology were retrospected , analyzed and compared with US, CT, PTC . Results MRCP can exhibit the structure of pancreab'cobiliary duct . The accaracy of MRCP in detection of the degree and location of bile duct obstruction was 100% ,The accaracy of MRCP for evaluating the cause of obstruction was 93.6%. Conclusion MRCP is the preferred and best examination of the Biliary Obstructive diseases . |
