中西医结合治疗脑梗塞后抑郁症浅识

目的]观察中西医结合治疗脑梗塞后抑郁症疗效。方法]将46例确诊为脑梗塞后抑郁症的病例随机分为中西医结合组(治疗组26例)和西药组(对照组20例)。治疗组:用中药逍遥散合百合地黄汤加减,并口服氟西汀(百忧解);对照组:口服氟西汀。连续治疗6周观察疗效。结果]两组脑梗塞后抑郁症状均有所改善,治疗组总有效率为84.615%,对照组有效率为55%(P<0.05)。结论]中西医结合治疗脑梗塞后抑郁症较单用西药有明显的效果。
