| 摘 要： | 1987年鄱阳湖区发生急性血吸虫病2165例,是近25年中最多的一年。病例男女之比为3.3:1,11～20岁青少年占51.1％,农民占60.4％,波阳发病较高占26.8％,约32.8％的病例感染集中在11块洲滩,接触疫水集中在7-10月份72.1％,发病集中在8～11月73.5％,49.0％是捕鱼虾而感染,无既往感染史者76.0％。急性病例剧增原因:大规模灭螺少,洲滩钉螺回升;上洲滩家畜增加,未做到普遍人畜同步治疗;易感人群下湖增多,无个体防护措施;湖水位适宜等因素。

| Abstract: | In Poyang Lake regions 2165 cases of acute schistosomiasis occurred in 1987, the year with the highest number of cases since the past 25 year. Th ratio of male to female was 3.3:1. The age group of 11-20 occupied 51.1% of the cases. Farmers accounted for 60.4% of the cases infected at 11 lake shores. Most of the patients(72.1%) contacted water infested with cercariae in July to October. 76 of the patients had no history of infection. This increase in acute cases probably resulted from(1) increase in snail density; (2) lack of chemotherapy for ex- isting patients; (3) lack of personal protection and(4) increased con-tact of susceptible person to infested water.
