综合护理干预对儿童孤独症谱系障碍患者治疗效果的影响

目的：评价综合护理干预对儿童孤独症谱系障碍患儿的治疗效果的影响。方法将50例孤独症谱系障碍患儿随机分为综合护理干预组（25例）和对照组（25例），对照组仅给予常规药物治疗，干预组给予综合护理干预联合常规药物治疗。治疗前、治疗后分别采用ABC量表、PEP-3量表、Gesell量表，连续治疗6个月后评治疗效果。结果治疗6个月后干预组儿童孤独症ABC量表得分有明显下降，PEP-3量表、Gesell量表得分有明显提高。干预组与对照组的治疗效果总有效率分别为91.0%、67.0%，两组比较有显著统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预对儿童孤独症谱系障碍患者治疗效果较好，能够有效地改善儿童孤独症谱系障碍患者康复治疗效果。

Impact of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Curative Effect in the Treatment of Children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder

Objective To evaluate the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the curative effect in the treatment of the children with autistic spectrum disorder （ASD）. Methods 50 children with ASD were randomly divided into 2 groups： intervention group and control group, 25 in each;routine drug therapy was performed on children in both groups while comprehensive nursing inter-vention was added to children in intervention group;ABC scores, PEP-3 scores and Gesell scores of the children in both groups were re-corded before treatment and 6 months after continuous treatment and the scores were analyzed in evaluating the curative effects in the 2 groups. Results The ABC scores of the children in intervention group 6 months after treatment decreased obviously while their PEP-3 scores and Gesell scores increased significantly;the total curative effect was 91.0%in intervention group and 67.0%in control group;there existed a statistically difference between the 2 groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention is of good cura-tive effect on children with autistic spectrum disorder （ASD）.
