养血固冲合剂中黄芪甲苷的含量测定

目的：建立养血固冲合剂中黄芪甲苷含量测定的方法。方法应用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法进行检测，色谱柱为DiamonsilC18（250 mm ×4．6 mm ，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水（32∶68），流速1 mL/min ，柱温25℃，漂移管温度60℃。结果黄芪甲苷进样浓度在0．01252～0．20032 mg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，相关系数为0．9966，平均加样回收率为92．56％，RSD为1．13％（n＝6）。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好，可用于养血固冲合剂的质量控制。

Detecting the content of astragaloside Ⅳ in Yangxueguchong mixture

Objective To establish a method for determinating the content of astragaloside Ⅳin Yangxuegu-chong mixture .Methods HPLC-ELSD was used ,the separation was carried out on DiamonsilC18 （250 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5 μm）column with acetonitrile-water（32 ：68） as mobile phase ,the flow rate was 1 .0 mL/min ,the column tem-perature was 25 ℃ ,the drift tube temperature was 60 ℃ .Results There was good linearity in the range of 0 .012 52-0 .200 32 mg/mL of astragaloside Ⅳ （r= 0 .996 6） ,the average recovery rate was 92 .56% （RSD =1 .13% ） .Conclusion This method referenced above is simple ,accurate ,reproducible ,and could be used for quality control of Yangxueguchong mixture .
