369例2型糖尿病患者血脂水平分析

目的：研究南京地区2型糖尿病（T2DM ）患者血脂水平变化情况及其相关影响因素。方法在空腹情况下，检测369例T2DM患者血清总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）等含量，然后统计分析血压、病程和家族史对T2DM患者血脂水平的影响。结果（1）T2DM 血脂水平以TG、HDL-C升高，HDL-C降低为主（P＜0．05），且发生血脂异常的程度较T1DM重；（2）高血压Ⅱ～Ⅲ级可引起T2DM患者HDL-C显著下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；（3）随着病程的进展，T2DM 患者 TG降低、HDL-C升高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；（4）家族史对T2DM患者血脂无影响。结论糖尿病患者存在明显的血脂异常，除受年龄、体质量指数影响外，还与血压、病程相关。

Analysis of serum lipid in 369 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To study the changes of serum lipid levels and the influencing factors of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM ） .Methods On empty stomach ,369 cases with T2DM were tested to get these index that serum total cholesterol （TC） ,triglyceride （TG） ,high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） contents ,and then the changes of serum lipid levels influenced by blood pres-sure ,courses of disease and family history were analyzed .Results （1）Compared with the patients in the control group ,T2DM patients were characteristic with the increased serum TG and LDL-C levels and the decreased HDL-C levels ;（2）the HDL-C levels of T2DM decreased with the hypertension grade Ⅱ - Ⅲ ,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0 .05）;（3） With the progress of disease ,the serum TG of T2DM patients was decreased ,and the HDL-C was increased ,the differents were statistically significant （P〈0 .05）;（4）Family history has no effect on the serum lipid levels of T2DM patients .Conclusion Diabetic patients have obvious dyslipidemia ,which is influenced by age ,body mass index ,blood pressure and duration .
