| 摘 要： | 目的研制改性的DL-聚乳酸膜并进行相关指标检测。方法制备改性的DL-聚乳酸膜，按照《中国药典》要求进行相关指标检测；将30只昆明小鼠随机分为3组，进行全身急性毒性试验。结果建立了改性DL-聚乳酸膜的制备方法，物理性能检测结果符合《中国药典》要求；小鼠全身急性毒性试验结果阴性。结论改性DL-聚乳酸膜的物理性能指标能达到《中国药典》要求，无动物急性毒性作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop the new designed DL- polylactic acid membrane and to detect the related indexes. Methods After making out DL-polylactic acid membrane （DL-PLA） and chitosan -DL-polylactic acid membrane （CPLA）, we detected the correlated indexes according to the Chinese Pharmacopeia. 30 Kunming healthy mice were randomly divided into three groups to observe acute general toxicity. Results The producing process of DL- PLA and CPLA was established. The physical indexes were in coincidence with the Chinese Pharmacopeia. The result of mice acute general toxicity showed negative. Conclusion Such CPLA reached the physical require of Pharmacopeia. No acute general toxicity in mice was found. |
