摘    要:16例人子宫内膜及20例子宫内膜异位组织进行了体外分离培养,并比较了两种组织中上皮细胞及间质细胞的形态学特点及分泌功能。结果显示:两种组织的两类细胞在细胞角蛋白、波形蛋白和PRL免疫细胞化学染色均有相似的阳性反应特点;并且也分别分泌相似量的CA 125和PRL,但是异位内膜间质细胞分泌的IL 6量明显高于正常内膜的间质细胞(P< 0.01)。作者认为这种体外培养方法,对子宫内膜异位症细胞的生物学特性,以及进一步揭示子宫内膜异位症发病机制的实验室研究,可提供有价值的细胞模型

Abstract:The cells from eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissues were primarily cultured in vitro.The morphologic features and function secretory markers of epithelial and stromal cells from both tissues were compared.The results revealed that with respect to the staining patterns for cytokeratins,vimentin and PRL,cultured cells from both tissues had similar properties.Cytokeratins were located in epithelial cells,and vimentin and PRL in stromal cells,while the CA125 and PRL were separately secreted in similar concentrations by epithelial and stromal cells from both tissues.Stromal cells of endometriotic tissue had signifcantly greater amounts of IL6 secretion than those cells of normal endometrium.These results provide an useful cell model to identify endometriosisspecific cell products,and permit the study of their properties and interractions that contribute to pathogensis of this disorder.
