左旋精氨酸对被动吸烟孕鼠作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的 研究左旋精氨酸对被动吸烟孕鼠及胎仔生长发育的影响及其与NO ,MDA和SOD的关系。方法 被动吸烟法建立大鼠IUGR模型 ,孕鼠随机分为 5组 :对照组、模型组、左旋精氨酸低剂量、中剂量、高剂量治疗组。孕 2 1d剖宫取胎 ,观察胎仔体重、脑重、肝重及胎盘重 ;检测孕鼠血清及胎盘组织中NO含量及MDA ,SOD活性。结果 低剂量及中剂量治疗组与模型组相比 ,胎仔体重、脑重、肝重及胎盘重均明显增加 (P <0 0 1) ,NO及SOD升高 ,MDA降低 (P <0 0 1) ,但高剂量治疗组与模型组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 适量左旋精氨酸可有效防治被动吸烟孕鼠IUGR ,促进胎仔生长发育 ,其作用与调节机体的氧化与抗氧化失衡有关。

Experimental study of L- arginine on passive smoking rats

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of L-arginine on fetal and pregnant rats of passive smoking and its relationship with levels of NO, MDA and SOD. Methods After establishment of IUGR model of passive smoking, 45 rats were divided into 5 groups: normal control group, IUGR group, low dose of L-arginine(100 mg/kg) treatecl group, moderate dose of L-arginine(200 mg/kg) treatecl troup and high dose of L-arginine(400 mg/kg) treated group. On day 21 of gestation, the body weight, brain weight and liver weight of fetal rats and placenta weight were examined. The levels of NO, MDA and SOD activity in the serum and placentas of pregnant rats were measured. Results The average body weight, brain weight, liver weight and placenta weight of low and moderate dose of L-arginine treated groups were significantly higher than those of IUGR group. The levels of NO and SOD activity in the serum and placentas of low and moderate dose treated groups were significantly high than those of IUGR group, but MDA leve decreased. No statistical difference was observed between high dose of L-arginine treated group and IUGR group. Conclusion L-arginine can decrease the incidence of IUGR in rats of passive smoking and improve the development of fetal rats, probably related to the correction of disturbance of between oxidaive and antioxidative system.
