摘    要:摘要原发性肝癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,死亡率居高不下,缺乏早期诊断是其中重要原因之一。差异蛋白质组学已经成为寻找新的肿瘤标记物的主要方法,随着科技的不断进步、创新及改变,一批新的技术应运而生,其中同位素标记相对和绝对定量技术(iTRAQ技术)结合色谱及质谱联用技术有很大发展潜力。本文就差异蛋白质组学的各项技术及其优缺点,以及在肝癌标志物中的应用做了以下综述。

Abstract:Primary liver cancer (PLC) is one of most common tumors in our country. For the high mortality rates due to lacking early diagnosis. Differential proteomics has been the main methods to find novel tumor biomarkers, and as the technology advances, innovative and changes, a number of new technologies emerged,including relative and absolute quantification isotope labeling technique (iTRAQ), used in conjunction with chromatography and mass spectrometry technelogies that show great potential for the development. In this paper, both the differential proteomics technology with its advantages and disadvantages and its applications in detection of liver cancer biomarkers is discussed.
