PTEN蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其意义

摘要：目的探讨PTEN蛋白在子宫内膜癌发生发展中的可能机制。方法收集子宫内膜癌50例、子宫内膜增生症25例和正常子宫内膜组织30例，采用免疫组化、Westernblot方法检测子宫内膜中的PTEN蛋白表达，研究其与子宫内膜癌进展的相关性。结果与正常子宫内膜组织和子宫内膜增生症的子宫内膜相比，子宫内膜癌中的PTEN蛋白表达率明显降低（P=0．042，0．017），I期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期子宫内膜癌的PIEN蛋白阳性表达率差异均无统计学意义（P〈O．05），高分化、中分化、低分化的PTEN蛋白阳性表达率差异亦无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论PTEN蛋白在子宫内膜癌表达率降低，提示PTEN基因可能具有抑制子宫内膜过度增生及癌变发生的作用。

Expression of PTEN protein in endometrial carcinoma and its significance

Abstract：Objective To explore the mechanism of PTEN in pathogenesis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods The expression of PTEN in 50 endometrial carcinoma cases,25 endometrial hyperphsia eases,30 normal endometrium eases were detected by immunohistoehemistry and Western blots. The relationship between clinical pathology stages and histological grades were analyzed. Results The expression of PTEN in endometrial carcinoma eases was significantly lower than of endometrial hyperplasia and normal endometrium eases （P=0.042,0.017）. The positive expression of PTEN in endometrieal carcinoma eases at phase I.II and III showed no significant differences, so did at the low differentiation,nid differentiation and high differentiation stages （P〉0.05）. Conclusions The expression of PTEN decreased in endomettial carcinoma eases was redeased. PTEN gene might play an important role in inhibiting endomelrial hyperplasia and the occurrence of endometrial carcinoma.
