来宾市2009-2012年手足口病流行病学分析

摘要：目的分析来宾市手足口病流行病学特征，为科学防控手足口病提供依据。方法对来宾市2009～2012年疾病监测信息报告系统的手足口病资料进行分析。结果2009～2012年全市共报告发病26606例、重症196例、死亡24例，逐年报告发病率分别为82．64／10万、257．54／10万、346．28／10万、538．62／10万；男女发病率比为1．50：l；5岁以下年龄组发病占病例总数的95．20％；每年4～6月明显高发；重症和死亡病例以农村散居儿童为主；实验室诊断EV71阳性占63．25％，COXAl6阳性占20．03％。结论来宾市各县市区均有病例报告，疫情呈逐年上升趋势，重症及死亡病例多为散居儿童。应加强疫情监测并采取及时有效措施积极应对，通过强化业务培训和改善抢救设施来防范重症与死亡病例发生。

Epidemiological analysis of hand-foot-mouth disease in Laibin City from 2009 to 2012

Abstract：Objective Depending on the epidemiologie feature of Hand-foot- mouth disease （HFMD）in Laibin. Methods The data of HFMD monitored in Laibin City from 2009 to 2012 were collected and analyzed. Results Totally 26 606 HFMD patients were reported in Laibin,and 63.25% of them were infectad with EV71 and 20.03% of them were infected with CoxA16 by laboratory diagnosis,95.20% of patients were below 5 years old. The incidence peak was from April to May. There were 196 severe eases and 24 of them died. Most of the severe eases and death eases were rural children. The incidence rates of HFMD were 82.64/100000,257.54/100000,346.28/100000,538.62/100000 respectively in the past four years. The male to female ratio was 1.5：1. Conclusions The infection of HFMD showed an increasing trend in Laibin. Effective prevention and control measures be adopted to reduced the infection rate and mortality rate of HFMD cases.
