10％冰醋酸液浸泡治疗手足癣48例疗效观察

目的探讨10％冰醋酸液浸泡治疗手足癣的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照方法，分别采用10％冰醋酸液（治疗组药物）和萘替芬酮康唑乳膏（对照组药物）治疗手足癣患者各50例。在开始时、停药时和停药2周后分别记录皮疹分布及真菌学检查情况。结果10％冰醋酸液治疗手足癣临床有效率达81．25％，与对照组临床有效率73．91％相近，两组治疗有效率差异无统计学意义（x2=0．7288，P〉0．05）。治疗组患者随访1月无1例复发。结论10％冰醋酸液浸泡治疗手足癣临床疗效确切、经济易行、安全且复发率低，值得临床推广。

Efficacy of 10% acetic acid solution immersion in treatment of 48 cases with tinea manuum and pedis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 10% acetic acid solution immersion in the treatment of cases with tinea of hand and pedis. Methods One hundred cases with tinea manuum and pedis were classified randomly into one treatment group treated with 10% acetic acid solution,the other was control group treated with naftifine hydrochloride and ketoconazole cream. The symptoms inquiring, rash distribution recording and mycological examination were performed at the beginning and completion of treatment,and 2 weeks after stopping treatment. ReSults The effective rate of treatment group was 81.25% ,which was similar to that of the control group. There was not significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups （X2=0.7288,P〉0.05）. No recurrence was noticed in the treatment group during the follow-up within one month. Conclusions 10% acetic acid solution immersion is effective for treatment of cases with tinea manuum and pedis with the advantages of economical, safe and feasible.
