海南省育龄妇女和8～10岁儿童碘营养与甲状腺功能调查

目的了解海南省重点人群碘营养水平及其甲状腺功能状况，以评价近年的防治效果，为今后碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法选择海南省东、中、西部和海口及周边4个区域作为调查地区，选择8～10岁儿童、18—45岁育龄妇女两类重点人群作为调查对象；随意采集他们1次尿样、静脉血及家中食用盐，用直接滴定法检测盐碘，用砷铈催化分光光度法检测尿碘，用直接化学发光免疫分析法检测甲状腺功能[血清总三碘甲腺原氨酸（TT3）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）和血清促甲状腺素（TSH）]。结果调查地区碘盐覆盖率为98．33％（590／600），合格碘盐食用率为97．33％（584／600）；育龄妇女和8～10岁儿童尿碘中位数分别为171．1μg／L和195．4μg／L；育龄妇女亚甲亢的检出率为9．0％（30／330），亚甲低的检出率为1．2％（4／330）；8～10岁儿童亚甲亢的检出率为013％（1／330）、亚甲低的比例为0．9％（4／330o结论调查地区育龄妇女和8～10岁儿童碘营养适宜，近年来的防治效果良好。

Survey of iodine nutrition and thyroid function of childbearing age women and 8-10 year-old chidren in Hainan Province

Objective To survey the iodine nutritional status and thyroid function in childbearing age women and 8-10 year-old children in Hainan Province. Methods the iodine content an thyroid function of women aged 18 to 45 year-old, children aged 8 to 10 year-old in the schools in 11 cities and counties in Hainan were sampled and surveyed by direct titration（GB/T13025.7-1999 ）. Urinary iodine were determined by arsenic cerium catalytic. Thyroid function（including serum Tr3,F＇r4）and thyroid stimulating hormone （TSH）were measured with direct chemil immunoassay. Results The iodized salt coverage was 98.33%（590/600）,and qualified rate of iodized salt was 97.33%（584/600）; The urine iodine median in women of child-bearing age and 8-10 year-old children were 171.1,195.4 ~ g/L,The detection rate of subclinical hyperthyroidism was 9.0%（30/330）, subclinical hypothyroidism was 1.2%（4/330）in Women. The detection rate of subclinical hyperthyroidism was 0.3%（ 1/330）,subclinical hypothyroidism was 0.9% ）4/330）in 8-10 year-old children. Conclusions Iodine nutrition in women of childbearing age and 8-10 year-old children is normal. The control of iodine deficiency disorders in Hainan is effective.
