泰安市2010-2012年手足口病流行病学分析

摘    要:目的分析2010~2012年泰安市手足口病(Hand-foot—mouthDisease,HFMD)病例病原学检测结果,了解手足口病的流行病学和病原学特征,为防控手足口病提供科学依据。方法对2010~2012年泰安市临床诊断为手足口病的病例的1474份粪便标本分别用RT—PCR、ReahimeRT-PCR检测肠道病毒(PE)、CoxAl6和EV71核酸,另结合流行病学资料进行分析。结果泰安市2010—2012年手足口病的发病高峰在4—8月,占全年发病总数的78.71%;全市6个县市区均有病例报告,尤其以宁阳、肥城发病率最高;发病人群以5岁以下儿童为高发人群,男性略多于女性。病原学检测粪便标本1474份,其中,肠道病毒核酸阳性率为77.67%(1145/1474),CoxAl6核酸阳性率为35.62%(525/1474),EV71核酸阳性率为24.49%(361/1474),其他肠道病毒核酸阳性率为17.57%(259/1474)。结论2010。2012年泰安市手足口病疫情以CoxAl6、EV71感染引发病例为主,还存在其他肠道病毒感染引起的HFMD病例,采用分子生物学方法检测手足口病的病原体,对手足口病的诊断有重要作用。

Epidemilogical and pathogenic analysis of hand-foot-mouth disease in Taian city in 2010-2012.

Abstract:Objective To reveal the epidemiological and pathogenic characteristics of Hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD)in 'Taian in 2010-2012. Methods Epidemiologie data of HFMD clinical cases were analyzed while their stool specimens were detected with PE/CoxA16 and EV71 by RT-PCR and Realtime PCR. Results The prevalence of HFMD reached peak during April to August,accounting for 78.71 percent of total annual ineidence;HFMD eases were reported in all 6 prefectures in Taian,with higher incidence in Ningyang and Feieheng;.Most of the HFMD cases were children less than 5 years old and male eases were slightly more than females .Pathogen detection showed that PE total positive rate was 77.67% (1145/1474) while CoxA16 positive rate was 35.62% (525/1474)and EV71 was 24.49% (361/1474),other Enteroviruses was 17.57%(259/1474). Conclusions EV71 and CoxA16 were identified as the major causative pathogens of HFMD in Taian in 2010-2012. Some eases were identified to be associated with other types of enterovirus. Pathogen detection with molecular biology methods is of great assistance for diagnosis of HFMD.
