深圳市2012年流感监测结果分析

摘    要:目的通过对2012年深圳市流感监测结果进行分析,探索流感流行规律,为制定流感防治措施提供依据。方法收集全市哨点医院的流感样病例数据,病原学检测结果和暴发疫情资料进行分析。结果2012年深圳市的流感样病例占门诊急诊就诊总数百分比(ILI%)为4.15%,波动在3.16~5.56%之间。2012年全市哨点医院共采集ILI咽拭标本3776份,分离出474株流感病毒,阳性率为12.6%,其中264株季节H3亚型(55.7%),150株B(Victoria,31.6%)亚型,55株B(Yamagata,11.6%)亚型,4株季节H1亚型(0.8%),1株甲型H1N1亚型(0.2%)。2012年全市报告了87起ILI暴发疫情,流感PCR检测阳性74起,其中乙型23起(26.7%),季节性甲型46起(53.5%),季节性甲型和乙型混合感染5起(5.8%)。结论2012年深圳市流感活动较低,主要在上半年流行,3月初和6月初出现流行高峰。

Abstract:Objectives To study the results of influenza surveillance in Shenzhen in 2012 and to explore pattern of influenza circulation and to assist the government for decision making. Methods the study was performed on the surveillance data of influenza-like illness (ILl) and laboratory examination and outbreak reports. Results The ILI attendance rate was 4.15% in 2012. A total of 3776 swab samples were collected and 474 strains were isolated with positive percent of 12.0%,consisting of 264 strains of seasonal H3 subtype(55.7%), 150 strains of type B Victoria-lineage (31.6%), 55 strains of type B Yamagata-lineage (11.6%),4 strains of seasonal H1 subtype(0.8%), 1 strain of novel H1N1 subtype( 0.2% ). A total of 87 outbreaks were reported,of which 74 outbreaks were tested positive for influenza,consisting of 46 outbreaks of seasonal A type(53.5% ), 23 outbreaks of type B (26.7%) and 5 outbreaks of co-infected seasonal A type and type B (5.8%). Conclusions The intensity of influenza circulation was low in 2012,influenza circulated mostly on first half of the year with peaks in early Mar and Jun.
