河南省平顶山市门诊布鲁氏菌病检测结果分析

摘    要:目的分析平顶山市近2年来布鲁氏菌病实验室检测结果,为防治本病提供依据。方法对平顶山市布鲁氏菌防治门诊接诊的疑似布鲁氏菌病例进行血清学检测,检测方法按照《布鲁氏菌病诊断标准》执行。结果检测布鲁氏菌病疑似病例505例,阳性166例,阳性率为32.87%;发病有明显的季节性,4~7月是发病高峰;男性与女性阳性率差异无统计学意义(x2=1.21,P〉0.05);60~岁年龄组阳性率最高(43.69%,45/103);职业分布以农民阳性率最高(35.83%,129/166);地区分布以鲁山县阳性率最高(44.87%,35/78),其次是石龙区,阳性率为42.86%(6/14)。结论平顶山市布鲁氏菌病疫情经前几年快速上升后进人平台期,建议政府部门继续采取有效的控制措施。

Abstract:Objectives To analyze the resuhs of detection of human brucellosis in Pingdingshan city. Methods Serological detection of suspected brucellosis case in an outpatients department in Pingdingshan City was conducted and the results were analyzed. Results Totally 505 suspected cases of brucellosis were detected and 166 positives were found with the positive rate of 32.87% ;Significant seasonal indence peaks were observed during April to July;There no significant differences were noticed between genders (X'-=--1.21,P〉0.05 ). Highest positive rate was observed in 60-70 age group(43.69%, 45/103);The positive arte was the highest in the farmers (35.83%129/166). The positive rates in;Lushan and Shilongqu were the highest ,being (44.87%,35/78),and (42.86%,6/14),respectively. Conclusions At present brucellosis epidemic in Pingdingshan City is stable in several previous years and effective measures be taken to control the prevalence of brucellosis.
