摘    要:弓形虫(Toxoplasma gondii)是世界性分布的专性细胞内寄生原虫,可感染人类和几乎各类哺乳动物,导致弓形虫病。弓形虫的毒力取决于参与寄生虫一宿主细胞相互作用或者宿主免疫应答的弓形虫毒力因子。研究弓形虫毒力相关因子,对于寻找有效的药物作用靶位点和疫苗候选分子,预防和控制这种社会性寄生虫病具有重大意义。本文对弓形虫毒力相关因子的研究进展进行了综述。

Progresses in research of Toxoplasma gondii virulence factors.

Abstract:Toxoplasma gondii is an obligate intracellular parasite that infects any nucleated cell of warm blooded vertebrates including humans,leading to antropnzoonotic disease called toxoplasmosis. Toxoplasma gondii virulence is dependent on factors involved in either parasite-host cell interaction, or in host immune response. Investigation of the factors associated with Toxoplasma gondii virulence is important for the drug targets and the vaccine candidates,as well as prevention or control this parasite. This review summarizes the recent development of research of the Toxoplasma gondii virulence factors.
