| 摘 要： | 目的了解2013年3月云南省澜沧县发生一起旋毛虫病暴发事件。方法对爆发的旋毛虫病进行病原学、血清学和动物宿主调查，诊断和治疗病人。结果共有27人患旋毛虫病，死亡1例。取2例重症患者腓肠肌样本直接压片镜检结果均阳性，26例现症病人ELISA查旋毛虫抗体笙鄙阳性。患者均有生食猪肉史，口服阿苯达唑治疗，7d痊愈。绪论广泛开展卫生宣传教育，加强自宰猪肉检疫，改变不科学的传统饮食习惯是控制旋毛虫病流行的主要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To survey an outbreak of trichinellosis occurred in Lancang county of Yunnan province in Mar 2013. Methods Epidemiological , pathogenic and serological survey and clinical treatment of trichinellosis cases were carried out , The results were analyzed. Results Total of 27 palients were detected to be infected with trichineUosis including 1 death. The gastrocnemius muscle pressing samples from 2 severe patients testing were positive, The 26 patients＇ antibody of Trichinization by ELISA were positive and all the patients had the experience of caring raw pork. Patients were cured after treated with oral atbendazole for a course of 7 days. Conclusions Carrying out health education, strengthening the quaranrine inspection of slaughtered pigs and changing unscientific traditional dietary habits are the main measures for control of epidemic trichinellosis. |
