| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术与开腹胆囊切除术围术期的护理方法,总结护理体会。方法：回顾性分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术与开腹胆囊切除术围术期的护理特点。结果：腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的护理程序较为简单,护理效果优于开腹胆囊切除术患者。结论：腹腔镜胆囊切除术减少了繁琐的基础护理,有利于患者的身心康复。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the perioperative nursing method of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy were investingated. Methods：The perioperative nursing characteristics of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy were investigated. Results：The nursing process of laparoscopic cholecystectomy group was relatively sim-ple.Compared with open cholecystectomy group,the nursing effect was better. Conclusion：Laparoscopic cholecystectomy reduce tedious basic nursing and is beneficial to patients＇ physical and psychological rehabilitation. |
