| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨利用内生真菌促进菊花生产的措施。方法:以内生真菌球毛壳菌(编号C4)、葡萄孢真菌(编号C1)共生培养菊花,检测其产量和品质。结果:与对照相比,C4菌处理组鲜菊花和干菊花产量分别增加24.81%、7.59%,C1菌处理组鲜和干产量分别增加17.08%、6.87%。C4、C1菌处理组菊花中总黄酮含量比对照组分别增加31.79%、8.55%,且C4菌处理组与对照组相比达到显著水平。菊花中粗挥发油含量比对照组分别增加13.21%、18.19%。经气相色谱检测发现内生真菌C4、C1菌处理组样品中占总挥发油含量大于1%各组分含量总和分别比对照增加10.42%、8.90%,且内生真菌处理组与对照组之间各组分含量存在差异。结论:内生真菌与菊花建立共生关系后,可以提高菊花产量和品质。
