| Abstract: | bjective: Toevaluatetheassociationofchangeofactivitiesofplasmtissueplasminogenactivator(TPA)andplasminogenactivatorinhibitor(PAI)withcentralserouschoriretinopathy(CSCR)andtoinvestigatethepathogenesisofCSCR. Methods: TheleveloftPAactivaty,tPAcontentandPAIinbloodfrom60CSCRpatientsand40sexandagematchednormalcontrolsubjectweredetectedbyusingchromatofenmoussubstractassay,comparedthemwiththelevelsoftotalcholestrols(TCH),triglycerides(TG),andhighdensitylipoproteincholestrols(HDL)byenzymeimmunochromatographyassay.ZResult: ThetPAactivity,HDLwerelowerthanthoseinstandardcontrolsbuttPAcontent,PAIactivity,TGwashigher(p<001).theactivityoftPAandPAIandTGwerewellcorrelated(r1=-091,r2=-065,p<001)). Conclusion:WT5,5BZItissuggestedthatthechangeoftPAandPAIplayanimportantroleinthedevelopmentofCSCR. |
