不同手术方式对前列腺增生患者生存质量的影响

目的比较不同手术方式对前列腺增生患者术后生存质量的影响。方法对采用开放性前列腺切除(OP)和经尿道电汽化切割(TUEVAP)治疗的83例前列腺增生(BPH)患者的国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)和生存质量进行评价。结果两组患者手术时间、术中出血、前列腺切除量有显著性差异(P<0.05);术后并发症的发生和再手术率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组患者手术后IPSS评分和生存质量均较术前明显改善。其中TUEVAP组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论在BPH治疗过程中,必须结合术者的操作经验、设备状况和BPH患者的自身条件选择手术方式,不同的手术方式对手术病人生存质量将会有不同程度的影响。

Effect of operation styles on quality of life in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective To evaluate the effect of operation styles on quality of life(QOL) in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods International prostatic symptom score(IPSS) and QOL score were used to evaluate in 83 cases BPH patients undergoing open prostatectomy (OP) and transurethral electrovaporization ablation prostatectomy (TUEVAP).Results OP group's mean operation duration,blood loss,volume of resected prostate were much more than the TUEVAP group (P< 0.05); The occurrence rate of complications hadn't significantly difference between the OP group and TUEVAP group(P< 0.05).Compared to the pro operation, the scores of IPSS and QOL improved significantly.Conclusions During the course of treatment in BPH patients, the operation style must be selected by the experience of handler, the state of equipment, and the self conditions of BPH patients. The different operation styles have different effect on the QOL of BPH patients.
