筋骨痛消丸的毒理学研究

目的：研究筋骨痛消丸的急性毒性及长期毒性。方法：小鼠急性毒性试验采用最大耐受量法;长期毒性试验以大鼠80只,随机分成4组,采用3个剂量组,每天灌胃给药1次,连续给药3个月,处死一半动物,其余动物停药进行恢复期观察2周,观察大鼠的生长发育、活动、体重等情况,并进行血液学、生化学、病理学等检查。结果：急性毒性实验未见明显毒性反应,小鼠对筋骨痛消丸的最大耐受量为72 g/kg,为临床用药量的360倍;长期毒性实验结果显示,高、中、低剂量组动物未出现中毒表现,各脏器无病理性变化。结论：筋骨痛消丸在规定剂量下服用是安全可靠的。

Toxicologic Studies on JinguTongxiao Pills

Objective： To investigate the possible acute and chronic toxicities of Jingu Tongxiao pills （筋骨痛消丸,JGTXP）. Methods： Maximal tolerated dose （MTD） was established in mice for acute toxicity evaluation. In the chronic toxicological study, 80 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, treated with intragastrical gavage （i. g） for 3 months. Then half of the animals were sacrificed and the others were kept for 2 more week observation. Activity, body weights and the growth condition were observed and recorded. The haematological and blood biochemical parameters were detected, and the pathological examinations were observed. Results： No evident toxicity has been observed in mouse acute toxicity test. The MTD was 72 g/kg, equivalent to 360 times of the clinically recommended dose （0.1 g/kg）. No severe toxicity was found in high, middle, or low dose group in the chronic toxicological study. No organic changes have been observed in pathological tests. Conclusion： JGTXP is safe and reliable in the prescribed dose.
