筋骨痛消丸的毒理学研究

摘    要:目的:研究筋骨痛消丸的急性毒性及长期毒性。方法:小鼠急性毒性试验采用最大耐受量法;长期毒性试验以大鼠80只,随机分成4组,采用3个剂量组,每天灌胃给药1次,连续给药3个月,处死一半动物,其余动物停药进行恢复期观察2周,观察大鼠的生长发育、活动、体重等情况,并进行血液学、生化学、病理学等检查。结果:急性毒性实验未见明显毒性反应,小鼠对筋骨痛消丸的最大耐受量为72 g/kg,为临床用药量的360倍;长期毒性实验结果显示,高、中、低剂量组动物未出现中毒表现,各脏器无病理性变化。结论:筋骨痛消丸在规定剂量下服用是安全可靠的。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the possible acute and chronic toxicities of Jingu Tongxiao pills (筋骨痛消丸,JGTXP). Methods: Maximal tolerated dose (MTD) was established in mice for acute toxicity evaluation. In the chronic toxicological study, 80 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, treated with intragastrical gavage (i. g) for 3 months. Then half of the animals were sacrificed and the others were kept for 2 more week observation. Activity, body weights and the growth condition were observed and recorded. The haematological and blood biochemical parameters were detected, and the pathological examinations were observed. Results: No evident toxicity has been observed in mouse acute toxicity test. The MTD was 72 g/kg, equivalent to 360 times of the clinically recommended dose (0.1 g/kg). No severe toxicity was found in high, middle, or low dose group in the chronic toxicological study. No organic changes have been observed in pathological tests. Conclusion: JGTXP is safe and reliable in the prescribed dose.
