外固定支架治疗成人Tile B型骨盆骨折疗效分析

目的探讨外固定支架治疗成人Tile B型骨盆骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我科于2010年1月²013年1月收治的35例成人Tile B型骨盆骨折患者的资料。治疗方法为应用外固定支架为力臂,以患侧骶髂关节为转轴,旋转复位固定。结果骨盆外固定支架能良好复位和稳定固定Tile B型骨盆骨折,通过35例患者的临床资料以及随访结果可以看出,采用外固定支架治疗Tile B型骨盆骨折的优良率达到82.86%。结论外固定支架治疗Tile B型骨盆骨折,对患者损伤小,医护人员操作简便易把握,对患者的骨折复位和固定效果确切,具有较高的临床应用价值。

External fixator in treatment of adult Tile type B pelvic fracture

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of external fixation for the treatment of adult Tile type B pelvic fractures. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 35 adult patients with Tile type B pelvic fractures cared at Department of Orthopaedics,Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine January 2010 to January 2013.All the patients received operations with external fixation stent into the arm,the ipsilateral sacroiliac joints for hinge rotation reduction and fixation. Results Pelvic external fixation could have good reset and strongly stable fixation of Tile type B pelvic fractures,clinical results and follow-up of external fixation treatment for 35 adult Tile type B pelvic fractures revealed that there were 82.86%excellent and good.Conclusion The external fixator in treatment of Tile type B pelvic fractures results in small injuries,simple and easy to operate for medical staff,good fracture reduction and fixation,which has a high clinical value.
