| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院2013年中成药ADR发生的特点和规律,为中医用药合理化、有效化提供依据。方法：从我院2013年上报国家药物不良反应监测中心全部ADR报告中,筛选出全部中成药相关ADR报告进行统计分析。结果：2013年我院中成药用药ADR多发于注射剂,ADR高发于原患疾病为呼吸系统感染的病患,不良反应以皮肤损害居多。结论：合理使用中成药应该引起临床的足够重视。

| Abstract: | Objective：To understand the adverse reactions（ADR） of Chinese patent drugs in our hospital during 2013, to provide basis for characteristics and the regular pattern of Chinese medicine. Methods ： To select all the traditional Chinese medicine related ADR report for statistical analysis, from all the ADR report in our hospital during 2013. Results ：ADR about the use of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital in 2013 is frequent in Injection, and the primary disease was respiratory system infection patients; The majority of adverse reactions to skin damage. Conclusion： The rational use of medicines should be paid enough attention to the clinical. |
