经阴道三维超声在盆腔静脉淤血综合征的诊断应用

目的探讨经阴道三维超声检查在盆腔静脉淤血综合征诊断的应用价值。方法对42例经阴道二维及三维超声检查盆腔静脉淤血综合征患者声像图进行分析,观察盆腔内血管分布,测量扩张静脉的内径及血流速度,观察血管立体结构形状、分布范围,综合判断血管病变的情况。结果盆腔静脉曲张患者盆腔静脉内径约为4.0¹1.0mm,轻度曲张12例、中度曲张16例、重度曲张14例,三维彩色多普勒成像可以直观地显示盆腔血管立体结构,立体感强烈,可视范围大。结论经阴道三维超声对盆腔静脉的检查具有诊断准确率高,安全、无痛苦、无创伤和经济方便等优点,在盆腔静脉淤血综合征的诊断中有着重要的临床价值。

Three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of pelvic congestion syndrome

Objective To explore the value of three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound（3D-TVS）in diagnosis of pelvic veins congestion syndrome（PCS）. Methods A cross-check analysis was performed on the 2D- and 3D-transvaginal ultrasound image features of 42 cases of pelvic veins congestion syndrome;observed the pelvic vascular distribution;measured the internal diameter and blood flow distribution,distribution scope,stereo structure shape of expanded pelvic vessels;diagnosed the vascular diseases comprehensively.Results The pelvic vein internal diameter of the patients with pelvic varices was about 4~11.0mm;12cases of mild varicose;16moderate varicose;14severe varicose.Three-dimensional transvaginal color doppler imaging can visually present the pelvic vascular veins,which had strong three-dimensional sense and wide visual field. Conclusion Three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound for the pelvic veins examination is a highly accurate,safe,painless,non-invasive,economic and convenient method,which has important clinical value in diagnosis of pelvic congestion syndrome.
