舒适护理对冠脉综合征患者舒适度及生活质量的影响

目的：探讨舒适护理对冠脉综合征患者舒适度及生活质量的影响。方法：将60例冠脉综合征的患者分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用舒适护理，比较2组舒适度、生活质量和护理满意度。结果：观察组护理后的舒适度和生活质量状况均要显著好于对照组（p＜0．05）。观察组结果观察组在生理、心理、社会文化和环境方面的舒适度显著高于对照组（P＜0．05），观察组护理满意率为100．00％，对照组护理满意率为86．67％，观察护理满意率明显高于对照组（p＜0．05）。结论：舒适护理作为一种有效的护理方法，可以促进患者生活质量改善，提高患者舒适度，并提升患者对护理的满意度，有助于推动和谐医院建设，帮助患者更好康复。

The Influence of Comfort care on the Quality of Life of Patients with ACS

Objective：To investigate the effects of comfort care on comfort and quality of life of coronary syndrome patients .Methods：60 patients with coronary syndromes were divided into observation group and control group , the control group received routine care , com-fort care observation group were compared comfort , quality of life and satisfaction with care .Results：comfort and quality of life were ob-served after treatment group was significantly better than the control group （p 〈0.05）.Results：the observation group had higher comfort in the physical, psychological, social, cultural and environmental aspects （P 〈0.05）, the nursing satisfaction of observation group was 100.00%, while the control group was 86.67%.Conclusion：comfort care could facilitate improvement in the quality of life of patients and improve patient comfort and increase patient satisfaction with care , and help promote harmonious hospital construction , rehabilitation to help patients better .
