摘    要:目的:探讨四维彩超在胎儿畸形诊断中的临床运用价值。方法:对1276名孕产妇行二维彩超和四维彩超产前诊断,比较两种彩超诊断方法的胎儿畸形检出符合率情况,以评价四维彩超的价值。结果:本组共有畸形胎儿35例(畸形率2.74%),其中二维彩超检出29例,检出率为82.86%,四维彩超检出32例,检出率为91.43%。四维彩超的畸形胎儿检出率明显高于二维彩超(x2=7.377,P=0.014)。结论:相比于二维彩超,四维彩超在胎儿畸形检出方面具有更高的检出率,值得在临床中推广运用四维彩超,以提高畸形胎儿的检出率。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the four-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformations clinical application val -ue.Methods:The 1276 maternal line of two-dimensional and four-dimensional ultrasound prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal malfor-mations detected comparing two ultrasound diagnostic methods in line with the rate case , in order to evaluate the value of four -dimension-al ultrasound.Results:A total of 35 cases of fetal malformation (malformation rate of 2.74%), of which two-dimensional ultrasound detected 29 cases, the detection rate was 82.86%, four-dimensional ultrasound detected 32 cases, the detection rate was 91.43%. Four-dimensional ultrasound detection of fetal malformation rate was significantly higher than the two -dimensional ultrasound ( X2 =7 . 377, P =0.014).Conclusion:Compared to the two-dimensional ultrasound, four-dimensional ultrasound has a higher detection rate in the detection of fetal malformations , it is worth in the promotion of the use of four -dimensional ultrasound clinic to improve the detec-tion rate of fetal malformations .
