复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病的临床分析

目的：探讨复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法：对我院在2012年6月～2012年12月中收治的100例冠心病患者进行研究，按照随机分配原则分为治疗组和对照组例，每组患者为50例。对于治疗组患者采用复方丹参滴丸进行治疗，每天服用3次，每次10粒，对于对照组患者采用单硝酸异山梨酯片进行治疗，每次服用20mg，每天2次，2组患者治疗疗程为10周。治疗结束后对比2组患者的临床效果。结果：治疗组患者总有效率为96％，而对照组总有效率为80％，治疗组显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组患者治疗中没有出现不良反应，而对照组患者治疗后，有6例出现头痛、头胀等不良症状，其中有4例5天左右逐渐缓解。结论：对于冠心病患者采用复方丹参滴丸进行治疗，临床效果显著，无副作用，值得进行广泛推广应用。

Clinical Analysis of Compound Salvia Dropping Pills in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective：To discuss the clinical effects of compound salvia dropping pills in the treatment of coronary heart disease . Methods：From June 2012 to December 2012 , 100 patients with coronary heart disease were admitted in our hospital and studied .Ac-cording to the principle of random distribution , they were divided into treatment group and contrast group , and each group had 50 cases. The patients in treatment group employed compound salvia dropping pills （3 times per day, 10 pills each time ）.In contrast group, the pa-tients adopted isosorbide mononitrate tablets for treatment （20 mg for each time, twice per day）.The treatment course was 10 weeks for the two groups.After therapy, the clinical effects of two groups were compared .Results：The total effective rate in treatment group was 96%, while it was 80%in contrast group .The treatment group was significantly better than contrast group and the difference had statistical sig -nificance（P〈0.05）.During the therapy, there was no adverse reaction in treatment group, however, it appeared headache, fullness of head etc.and among them, 4 cases relieved in about 5 days.Conclusion：For patients with coronary heart disease , using compound sal-via dropping pills for treatment has significant clinical effects and no side effects , so it is worthy of wide application .
