赛必妥联合中药保留灌肠治疗输卵管复通后再粘连的临床研究

目的：探讨赛必妥与中药保留灌肠联合治疗输卵管复通后再粘连的临床疗效。方法：选择我院门诊经X线下行子宫输卵管碘油造影术确诊为输卵管近端梗阻患者98例，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，2组患者月经干净后3～7天介入治疗实施输卵管复通术，术中使用的药物为庆大霉素8万单位，2％利多卡因2ml，地塞米松5mg，糜蛋白酶4000U，生理盐水5ml，赛必妥2ml，缓慢向宫腔内注药防止粘连。治疗组患者手术后每天行中药保留灌肠（经期除外），方剂如下：红藤、蒲公英、败酱草、紫花地丁各30g，丹参、丝瓜络各20g，三棱、莪术各15g，桃仁、红花、枳实、乌药各10g，煎成浓汤100ml，用9号导尿管插入肛门14cm，缓慢灌肠，之后卧床休息30分钟。结果：治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为86．73％、47．96％，2组比较差异有统计学意义。结论：赛必妥与中药保留灌肠联合治疗输卵管复通后再粘连，效果明显。

Match Eribitux with combined traditional Chinese medicine retention enema treatment of fallopian tube after adhesion after clinical research

Objective：To study the game will be completed with the combination treatment with Chinese medicine retention enema treatment of fallopian tube after adhesion after clinical curative effect .Methods：Our hospital outpatient service through the X line the uterus oviduct iodine oil angiography diagnosis of proximal tubal obstruction patient 98 cases, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , two groups of patients with interventional treatment 3 to 7 days after menstruation is clean implement fallopian tube after operation, intraoperative use of drugs for gentamicin 80000 units, 2 ml of 2%lidocaine and dexamethasone 5 mg, chymotrypsin 4000 u, saline 5 ml, match with 2 ml, slowly to the intrauterine medicine to prevent adhesions .Treatment group patients after the operation , the daily line of traditional Chinese medicine retain enema （ except period ） , formula is as follows：sargentgloryvine stem , dandelion , sauce , herba violae 30 g, salvia miltiorrhiza , loofah each 20 g, rhizoma sparganii , rhizoma zedoariae , each 15 g, peach kernel , safflower , acid-insoluble ash, radix linderae, 10 g cooked soup 100 ml, with 9 14 cm catheter inserted into the anus , slow enema, then stay in bed for 30 minutes.Results：the treatment group and control group total effective rate of 86.73%, 47.96% respectively, the more similar between the two groups have statistical significance .Conclusion：The game will be completed with the combination treatment with Chinese medicine retention enema treatment of fallopian tube after again after adhesion , effect might be obvious .
