DR对气胸的诊断价值

目的:探讨DR(Digital Radiography,DR)数字化X线摄影系统对气胸的诊断价值。方法:100例气胸患者行DR检查,采取常规后前位正位片、侧位片的投照方法、对气胸显示情况进行评价,并将结果与CT或(和)手术结果比较。结果:DR的胸片图像对气胸的显示率为99%,清晰显示肺受压程度、肺内病变情况以及有无胸膜粘连、胸腔积液及纵隔移位等。漏诊1例为老年慢性支气管炎并肺气肿、肺心病患者,该患者因不能站立、采取卧位前后位投照方法。结论:DR具有无创、快捷、低辐射、安全、准确性高的特点,可作为气胸患者首选而有价值的筛查方法。
